SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, as per the legal consumer protection rights under European Union law.

Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us first.

Legal Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. This period is extended to 30 days for certain circumstances, such as if the product is faulty or damaged. You can exercise this right by notifying us within the cancellation period. You can return the item to us within 14 days after notifying us about your decision to cancel.

SHIPPING

Our store is located in Spain, and we currently only ship locally to Europe. If you are located in the United Kingdom, please visit our UK website at www.floractive.co.uk.

Shipping Costs

Inside Europe: 14-47 EUR (for items weighing between 0.01-3.5 kg)

Shipping times: 3-15 working days

Important Note:

Our products are only available for delivery within European Union countries. We cannot ship to Italy, Poland, Latvia, or Romania. Please contact the local distributor for these regions.

Same-Day Shipping

Please note: Only orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped the same day.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing:

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

Contact your bank (there could be some processing time before a refund is posted).

If you have completed all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at floractiveeurope@gmail.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded under European law.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at floractiveeurope@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
